Jeffrey Goodfriend              
                 Certified Public Accountant
Jeff has been with Fullerton Business Service since 1990, and has been the managing director since 1997. He is a graduate of Biola University and has been a California CPA since 1985. Jeff is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor.  Jeff lives with his wife Lori and three children in the city of Orange. His family are active members of Calvary Church in Santa Ana, and for leisure Jeff enjoys playing basketball and coaching his sons' basketball teams.
Jeff's previous public accounting experience came with the Big 5 accounting firm of Price Waterhouse and an Orange County based sole proprietor. Jeff also has extensive experience as a small business owner, which gives him valuable insight into the need for proper tax planning and financial organization for small business owners.

Joel Netland
Certified Public Accountant
Joel is one of only three previous owners of Fullerton Business Service, having sold the practice to our current chief CPA, Jeff Goodfriend, in 1997.  He now lives in beautiful scenic Utah with his family.  For Joel's clients, he is available by phone call at any time throughout the year, and is normally in our office here in Fullerton from January to April.  Joel is a graduate of Biola University and has been a California CPA since 1981.  Joel is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and is still very much a mainstay in the daily workings of our practice.

Bill Schroeder                 
                 Certified Public Accountant
Bill joined Fullerton Business Service as a staff accountant in 2003. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from California State University, Fullerton and a master's degree in applied computer science & technology from Azusa Pacifc University. Bill received his CPA certification in 2006 and is also an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Prior to joining Fullerton Business Service, Bill worked as a software engineer and as an airline pilot.

Carol Rittenhouse
Enrolled Agent
Carol has been with Fullerton Business Service for over 30 years, and has been an Enrolled Agent here at our practice since 1987 and now enjoys being semi-retired!  She is still available in-office Monday to Thursday 8am-1pm.  In addition to her income tax knowledge, she also has extensive experience with payroll and sales tax returns.

Charles Zincke
Enrolled Agent
Chuck has been an Enrolled Agent with Fullerton Business Service for 17 years.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University at Long Beach.  Chuck came to join our staff in 1987, after 28 years of service as a Revenue Agent for the IRS.  Chuck has recently announced his retirement from the income tax business, but is still available in our office throughout the week.
